Our 2013 rates remain $95/night for 1-2 people.  However, we are requiring a two-night minimum stay. We must collect a 10% lodging tax, and there is an additional charge for more members in your party--two-legged and four-legged.   Our guests think it is still a bargain to have your own separate, private little home away from home.
